Welcome to my page! With over 12 years of experience in the gym environment and a bachelor's degree in food science, I am passionate about helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. My journey has taken me from studying professional cookery to working in a health food store, and ultimately to becoming a qualified personal trainer. I love traveling and taking care of myself and those around me, and I'm excited to share that passion with you as we work together on your wellness journey!

As a personal trainer, I’ve experienced firsthand how powerful the connection between fitness and nutrition really is. Training hard without fueling your body properly is like trying to drive a car on an empty tank—it only gets you so far. As we move through different stages of life, balancing work, family, and responsibilities, looking after our health becomes more important than ever. I know what it feels like to be underweight, unmotivated, and unsure where to start, but I also know the transformation that comes when you find passion, structure, and dedication. My goal is to help others navigate that same journey—building strength, confidence, and a better relationship with food.
